Daria is the definition of getting sh*t done. I've yet to work with someone more drive, more impact, and more ambition to make things as good as they can possible be. I feel like she is the person that everyone is chasing to keep up with and sets the pace for the whole team during my time with her at Blackhawk. I've learned so much from her about what it means to have a high standard of work and hold myself and others accountable to it. Daria joined my team as a marketing intern managing social accounts, editorial calendars, and logistics with a PR team in a brand new industry, with a brand new team, and ready to learn absolutely everything she could. Immediately, I was impressed with Daria's ability to consume fast-moving information and translate it into actionable steps and feasible timelines. Daria was immediately purposeful in her actions, carrying herself with natural presence of a leader. Despite being an intern in a new industry, Daria picked up on the concepts and tasks quickly and was able to contribute effectively with the broader team.
