      On this position I take care about all 3 entities of E.Mi International in Czech Republic: Head office in Prague, E. Mi Nailschool in Prague and Production in Pribram. Covering completely the hiring processes, interviews with candidates (depends on position, in 2 or 3 steps process), then onboarding process (preparation of onboarding plan, having my own part in them), certification exam and talent management, administrating documents and work safety trainings according to the law. The other part of my role is to take part in process improvement and change management (description of actual work processes, defining things to improve, implement new ideas and support the stabilization of new processes. Then I describe the new process for GMP certification (ISO 22716). And I also take care about training and development part – organizing and providing soft skills training sessions (in Czech and Russian language, according to participants). For our colleagues we are organizing also IT trainings (Money S4 ERP system) to cover our needs and new implemented processes, by SkyLab company. Combining tradition HR role with a project manager’s role in production area and implementing Goldratt methods in practice I have got very interesting experience. Show less
