  Retired military veteran with over 20 years experience as a Soldier and a leader with both Active Duty and Reserves. My initial MOS began as a tank crewmember and then led to Drill Sergeant, and Drill Sergeant Leader at the Military Academy. Ultimately achieved the rank E8 1SG, and then deployed for a full tour in Iraq as the Enlisted Advisor and acting Sergeant Major of the Army Reserve affairs headquarters earning the Bronze Star for meritorious service in a combat zone among many other recognitions. Throughout my career I became experienced in Team Building, Leading by example, teaching, training, and management of numorous personnel throughout the duration with responsiblity of as many as 300 personnel at a given time with a full Company of Soldiers.
