  Workshop Manager at Crosthwaite and Gardiner. Whilst managing the Workshop is my primary role, I am also still responsible for all of the Precision Grinding that is carried out within the company. Adding the finishing touches and that unmistakeable degree of quality that nearly thirty five years experience gives you. This is the position that I was initially employed to fulfil, but unexpectedly the Manager's position became available and I jumped at the opportunity, putting myself forward. Having a background working in an ISO environment, I wanted to put some of my gathered knowledge into the product manufacturing at C&G. If you are familiar with the company's products, I would hope that you have noticed a positive change in quality over the last few years. This is the result of three years hard work implementing structure and quality control. My other day to day duties can include Quality Control and Inspection using CMM as well as other precision measuring equipment, also Wire Erosion using a Charmilles Cut 30P machine tool. Show less
