From the moment I joined Team Rubicon two years ago, I have looked to Darcy as a leader and as a model for reason, calm, and authenticity. As the longest-tenured member of our Development team, Darcy held a vast amount of knowledge and experience in multiple spaces within and outside of our department (and during periods of immense growth for the organization).
