  In my current role I oversee full cycle construction projects, drive profitable operations from pre-start-up to completion, and project manage all aspects for a prominent contractor for heavy infrastructure work. I ensure high quality work completed on time and within budget with effective scheduling and strong communication across teams, guaranteeing comprehensive health & safety compliance in line with company policy and legislative requirements. Leveraging excellent negotiation skills as well as technical expertise, I oversee all sub-contract orders, monitor sub-contractor work and SLAs, and align with eternal inspectors to evaluate progress.   Over these 12 years, I delivered numerous international high value projects, leading diverse workforces, mediating arising conflicts and resolving challenges.
