I had the absolute pleasure to manage Darcy in her role as Business Development and Education Manager. Darcy is motivated, goal-oriented, dedicated and a true team player. She cultivated strong relationships with all of her accounts, always went above and beyond what was expected of her and achieved or exceeded every departmental goal and benchmark. Darcy is an engaging trainer and passionate leader. I could always count on her to assist with special projects and to help coach and mentor fellow employee. Darcy was the best manager I’ve ever had in my career. I’ve been sitting here for about 10 minutes realizing it is impossible to put to words how truly incredible Darcy Cole is... Darcy was the reason I had any success in my career with PCA Skin. She lifted me up when I was doubting myself. She gave me space to be creative, when previous managers have suppressed that part of me. Darcy was able to have tough conversations when needed and I always knew she would be in my corner if I needed her. Darcy gave me tools to build strong relationships with my accounts and taught me how to really support them as a partner. It is rare to say that a manager inspired you in the workplace but also made you want to be a better human in your personal life. Darcy is the most thoughtful and caring person and I’m better for having known her. I used to call Darcy my fearless leader and that is exactly how she leads, fearlessly.
