I only got to work with Darby for 6 or so months, but enjoyed the short time very much. Darby is a very creative and positive person to work with. Her best quality is that she is very thoughtful and intentional with her work. You can always count on Darby to consider all sides to a situation and is thoughtful when making her decisions. With her marketing background, her creativity is always apparent and makes her understanding of the customer/user experience beneficial to everyone around her. It is very apparent that Darby is in the right place in regards to designing and I look forward to seeing what her next role is.

Darby was such a great person to work with. She was my first ever hire as a manager. Her attention to detail and ability to ask the right questions is what really impressed me. Everything that she worked on was improved due to her input. Her first project was to help me design the new company website. I had started some of the design before she joined.
