  In my role as the Products & Project Management Associate for the last two years, I am responsible for the following: PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT i. Based on customer feedback on the B2B Agency Banking model, I recommended the inclusion of customer & Agent balance enquiry and funds reconciliation for declined transaction to the user interface. ii. I further recommended with the team an inclusion of dispute resolution channel and creation of virtual account linked to source wallet iii. For ease of Bills payment, an e-commerce services for bills & Utilities payment were included to the user interface iv. Coordinated market NEEDS for Agents with the Business Development Team to identify up to date hardware for better service offering (change of the POS Terminals to N70POS) v. Monitoring and evaluating the life circle of products and services from end to end vi. Coordinating a monthly strategy session BTW the product dev team and research dev team PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN AGENCY BANKING vii. I co-led the deployment of 5,500 POS Terminals to the Agents with focus on Northern Nigeria. viii. Providing technical support to Agents on hardware problem solving. (Resolving of POS part tampered, sim and battery issues to ease usage of the devices) ix. Obtaining documentation from agents on KYC for due diligence x. Coordination of agent performance in terms of revenue drive and follow up engagement on better services model xi. Supported the team on the compilation of regulatory compliance documents for the license application for the company in 2020. A total of 37 documents checklist were compiled. Show less
