  Lead tutor on two modules of 'Mental Health in the Community', in two community locations (Liberties College, Dublin 8 & Dublin North East Drugs Task Force, Dublin 5. Duties include: • Preparation of course work/including core reading material (to be available on Blackboard/ Canvas in advance of the teaching session) • Adopt ACE/UCC policies in relation to grading of scripts/disability issues/plagiarism while embracing the ethos of adult education. • Use of Blackboard/ Canvas to distribute course work/PowerPoint etc/reading material/assessment through turnitin • Maintain open communication with the course tutor/course coordinator and programme coordinator in relation to all course work/ assignment criteria etc. • Ensure learning environment is adequate to the student needs (complies with health and safe regulations/inclusive of all learners/disability access) • Ensure that all teaching materials are available prior to the teaching session (projector etc) • Assignment administration: assignment criteria/grading of scripts/formative and summative feedback/assignment submissions/extensions/return of marks in full to the programme coordinator/follow up with students in terms of late submissions. • Participation at team teaching meetings. • Refer incidents of concern/complaints/accidents to the programme coordinator. • Report student retention issues in a timely and responsive way.
