Working with Daphne @ Arkk Solutions was one of the best projects I've worked on. Daphne's understanding of digital marketing made the project simple, as she knew precisely what was needed and was able to give us a clear breakdown of the project needs, articulating the specific online issues that needed addressing and improving, but most importantly how they would impact the overall marketing strategy. As a person, Daphne was fantastic to work with in every way; she's intelligent, experienced, a great communicator, and easy to get on with. Working in the world of regulatory and statutory reporting means the Marketing function needs to be agile, creative and diligent. Daphne is all of this and a lot more. I worked within the Digital team to increase the reach and success of Macmillan's Winter campaigns. I began by conducting extensive research into 2014 fundraising drives, and produced concise reports and evaluations of the successes and areas to improve upon in the future. I generated content for the Macmillan Wonderland Facebook and Twitter pages and organised a schedule for engaging with potential fundraisers. I co-ordinated the social media coverage of Macmillan's Winter Wonderland press night with over 200 guests.
