I have worked with Daphne for over 5 years in a few different roles and with each she continued to impress me. She was the IT Manager at the orthopedic practice we both worked at and oversaw multiple locations and managed all the equipment and also was an analyst of the Allscripts team. Following that we were both analysts at large hospital multi specialty outpatient clinics. She was an invaluable resource as we brought practices live on the EHR and the building process to ensure a smooth transition from the paper process to an electronic one. Most recently we had a large practice that converted from Allscripts to Epic that we had the pleasure to work with during this process which entailed all levels of support including Allscripts, IDX and Phreesia for providers and staff. This included 24/7 on call support. Daphne's calm manner under pressure and excellent approach to a project are qualities that are desired on any team. She can lead as well as be part of a team with ease. She is always willing to go the extra mile for the client and her team.

I had the pleasure of working with Daphne for 3 Years. In addition to performing her management duties in the IT Department she also expanded herself to be a lead analyst/build resource. She assisted in all phases of the Allscripts project including testing interfaces, HL7 -ConnectR, cross functional team building between departments, workflow analysis as well as training of the end users. She demonstrated her unique leadership qualities everyday under high pressure and nearly impossible deadlines. Her dedication and loyalty are beyond compare. Her ability to handle herself in such a calm manner under pressure really assisted with the tone and atmosphere within the organization. I think that natural quality really helped more people on a daily basis than she even realizes.
