Daphne is an exceptionally diligent and intelligent attorney who is not afraid to go the extra mile. What makes Daphne stand out is her ability to translate her impeccable morals and values into professional success by representing her clients with full conviction and a sharp legal mind. I worked with Daphne on a volunteer project in which she mentors victims of human trafficking, a task she handles with grace and grit. Daphne's sense of humor combined with her empathetic abilities make her a pleasure to work with for clients as well as for co-workers.

Delvaux Law champions women who have experienced discrimination at work, and fights for justice, equality, and vindication. As an award-winning senior trial attorney, I have made it my mission to represent employees in discrimination, retaliation, and harassment cases. My law firm is a woman-owned and woman-focused firm that focuses on standing up for employees. I has achieved countless 6- and 7-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of workers who’ve experienced a violation of their workplace rights. As a mom of two myself, I am familiar with the challenges many women face in the workplace. Your story is my story. I've been there. We CAN cherish our personal life without compromising our ambitions and professional growth, and I aim to model that via my work and my example. Show less

I envisioned a movement for mothers' rights that would be as powerful for political change as the Chamber of Commerce. In one week, fellow community leaders and I gathered together to form The Chamber of Mothers to fight for federal paid leave and to advocate broadly for mothers' rights in America. In 48 hours we assembled over 7,000 mothers and over 1,200 advocates for mothers' rights. We are now a fired up community of 18k+ on Instagram, and growing. I launched @themamattorney and www.themamattorney.com envisioning a movement where mothers are empowered by their rights so they can successfully excel at their careers, without compromising quality time with their kids. You do not have to take a step back if you know how to assert your rights. This space calls on us to unite and empower all the women and mothers who work outside of the home, so her reproductive ability (for women who are not mothers) and babies (for women who are mothers) will never again be considered a burden on the business. As a society, we are far removed from protecting the women, moms and babies to the extent that they need. We are changing that. Both my blog and Instagram are centered around legal education and empowerment that protects women in the workplace. We cover legal education topics, and support and commiserate. We also discuss current events that pertain to women and mothers' employment rights. Join us! Show less

Gruenberg Law is an employment litigation firm representing only employees. I am an award-winning trial attorney with many six and seven-figure results. My legal expertise encompasses: gender discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, maternity leave rights, pumping rights, retaliation, equal pay, sexual harassment, sexual battery, retaliation, wage theft and wrongful termination. I am licensed to practice in both California and federal court. I litigate cases in the Counties of San Diego, Riverside, Orange and Los Angeles. Show less
