  This 6-month internship concluded my studies at Polytech Grenoble on a high note, as I had the chance to integrate the Parisian offices of Back Market. In the company where "New is Old", I worked along the Customer Care team to provide a Machine Learning solution to improve customers' satisfaction. I enjoyed carrying out researchs and experiments, which I learned a lot from. If not in the Machine Learning field, my journey at Back Market Customer Care has just begun...
