I had a pleasure of being Danylo's mentor while he was learning ABC of programming and Java language. He had shown himself as diligent and hard-working person, persistent towards his goal. He's good at managing his time and dedicated to learning. During training course, he rarely missed tasks deadlines and caught up quickly. Danylo works well both alone and under supervision, he has good analyzing skills and mostly copes with encountered issues by own means, but also doesn't hesitate to ask for help when stuck. In my opinion, Danylo made a great progress from his starting point, and gained solid knowledge of Java language and related tools and technologies (Spring, Maven, Jakarta, Git, etc.). And, from what I know, he continues learning and improving his skills with pet-projects and additional courses, so I'm pretty sure he will be a valuable addition to any development team.

I'm delighted to recommend Danylo as a developer. Despite any hindrances and obstacles as student he demonstrated a thirst for knowledge in seeking challenges and complex problems when learning different algorithms, concepts, data structures and technologies. Aside of mentoring, I've had work expirience with Danylo as a team. We've been working together creating different sides of an app - he was implementing web UI and creating a back-end solution for our project. When working together he was happy to discuss any questions regarding the resulting product and eager to improve it, actively communicating with the team.
