Product Owner PLM 360 at Autodesk Singapour
-
Sep 2015 - Dec 2016
My first assignment was to assess the product and compare it other competitors to do a SWOT analysis. I implemented this assignment as a live demonstration of a full user journey, from the New Product Introduction to the end of life of the product. That allowed the different stakeholders to assess my understanding of the industry, my knowledge of the PLM 360 product and my comprehension of the company's strategy. In the same time, it allowed me to ramp up in my Product Owner position inside one of six Scrum Team. As Product Owner, my daily tasks consisted of organizing requirements gathering and create corresponding Epics and User Stories. Each week I would lead the Grooming sessions to prepare work for the following sprints. With my previous Scrum Master experience, assisted the current Scrum Master of the team to improve sprint completion rate and reliable velocity. As a Product Manager I structured the Roadmap of our product using different input from current customers, support team and directors to maximize value to customer while implementing the vision of Autodesk, the Future of Making Things. Scrum Master | Lead Software Developer
-
Jan 2013 - Aug 2015
Cadens Medical Imaging is a small company with 20 employees specializing in virtual colonoscopy (detection of colon cancer). The first mandate I accepted within the development team is to help organize the requirements, business priorities and implementation of the Agile SCRUM methodology. I was then responsible for the architecture and design of a Visualization Thin Client-Server platform with 3D rendering under Ubuntu developed with the Qt framework (C ++). I later participated in the development and implementation of the integration of our solution with our different partners ( SOA ) with REST web service. We have set up a continuous integration process and I was involved in the configuration of the continuous integration tool with Bamboo, deployment with Install Shield and upgrade using Debian package. To protect our solution against piracy , I enhanced and integrated to our software a third party license validation tools ( LMX X- License). After 2 years in the development team, a growing part of my tasks now include support to the sales team during the process of demos and RFQ as well as the support team for the installation and maintenance of the product. I am also responsible for tracking tasks and deliverable using Jira. My next challenge will be the definition and design of a scalable architecture that integrates all of our products under one platform based on our new thin client technology. Show less
