Dan is a hard worker and a quick learner. (Like when he had to learn the operations of a new platform in a month - and did.) He is willing to do whatever job he is assigned, and switches between them as needed. Further, he is tenacious, and is willing to track down and fix a problem, no matter how many challenges arise. (For example he had to systematically replace every component of a server to find the real problem when the vendor couldn’t.) Dan is a great asset to the team.
