  First Job in Sri Lanka. I stared as a Sales Coordinator and it was initially difficult to cover minimum sales Targets. But after 3rd month I was able to cover given targets 100% and in some months I was able to exceed expectations by 300%. With continuous good sales I was promoted to an Assistant Team leader and to a Team leader of a 6 member Sales team.
