Over the past few months I have really enjoyed working with Dan, whilst he has kindly been supporting me with career coaching. By using psychometric testing, Dan helped me to understand better my natural strengths and ways of working, whilst also highlighting areas to be aware of and jobs that may not suit my style. We worked through my career goals and a big eye opener for me was truly knowing my motivators and what's important for me in my working and everyday life. He also shared some tips and tricks for linked in, interviews and networking, which I'm looking forward to putting in to practice.
