• I was part of the team that started the Kodak Picture Kiosks business, reaching an installed base of over 4,500 devices in major retail chains such as Farmacias Guadalajara, Benavides, Soriana, OfficeMax and Walmart.• I participated in all the pre-sales and post-sales of equipment and services.• Key Achievements:º Developed numerous custom software to adapt the Kiosk solution to our Retailer platforms / Workflows.º Implemented a Remote Management System to connect over 3,200 Kodak Picture Kiosks throughout the Internet to a central database server in order to provide business marketing support as well as remote service & support to the Kiosks.º Developed a web-based tool that allows our customers to offer premium printing services at a central lab and they leverage its distribution network.
