It was an extreme pleasure to work with Dan and co. during my short freelancing time on 100ft Robot Golf. The two co-founders of No Goblin always openly welcomed new ideas and challenges for their game projects. Keep up the great work, I'd definitely work for them again in the future!

Dan is a powerhouse game designer and super talented game developer. As a senior game designer on Rock Band, he owned huge chunks of the design, including big systems (e.g. matchmaking) and modes (E.g. Band World Tour). He and I were the only full time game designers on the title, and so we relied on him to design and iterate entire modes and systems. Promoted to Lead Game Designer for Rock Band 2 and 3, Dan excelled. He helped drive the series quality to it's peak (e.g. a rare 10/10 review in Edge magazine). He also helped mentor junior designers, nurturing their talents, and successfully championing their growth within the company. Dan's inner drive, creativity, passion, grit, and humor were always on display when we worked together. He was receptive to direction, communicated clearly, and I look back fondly on our working relationship. I'd work with Dan again in a heartbeat.
