New York I joined as the 8th engineer at Beeswax. I've spent the last 9 months as the software engineering lead on an ML team. Spent the previous 2.5 years working on the core serving infrastructure, which handles over 100 billion requests per day. Most of my work has been in Python and C++. This involved working closely with our data science team, productionizing ML models, helping to implement jobs in PySpark, and building scalable, high performance features around our ML outputs. - Designed and implemented many very high performance features and services in our serving infrastructure. - Discovered and implemented cost savings that improved company wide margins by 5-10%.
