I worked side-by-side with Dan for over 5 years at a well-known architecture firm in Orange County, California. I cannot say enough about Dan in such a short space. I found him to be an exceptional database application developer. He can manage a project as well as he can perform the workload himself. He is very strong in Microsoft technologies and keeps up on them as they emerge. He has been doing this type of work since the early 90's and maybe even earlier. He is extremely personable and an outstanding communicator. He has a keen understanding of core business objectives. He is also one of the most well-rounded individuals I have ever met in business. In a pinch, he has temporarily taken the role of head of IT to help his clients make necessary changes to their employee structure and better serve their long-term objectives. He is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone interested in contracting with him in the hi technology arena.

Daniel was hired as MIS Director at Index Funds Advisors while I was working as a database consultant for the company, and I reported to him directly. After Daniel arrived, project priorities and focus became clearer, and I was able to become far more productive than I had been prior to his management and direction. He was excellent in guiding my effort to maximize my contribution to the project.
