While I only managed Daniel indirectly I always found him to be a reliable and articulate team member (the latter attribute sometimes being in short supply among IT professionals). He always related well to his internal customers, both among the home office staff and, more frequently, within restaurant operations. He is as reliable as he is personable. He is also flexible and willing to learn. When he joined Grill Concepts he expected to be able to focus on in-house system administration but as the Company moved in a different direction he adapted cheerfully and effectively. I would definitely hire him again were I ever to be in a relevant situation to do so and I would certainly be willing to speak with anyone considering Daniel for a responsible IT position.

His wealth of knowledge and experience in the IT industry is bested by the application of both in the restaurant environment and upper restaurant operations.
