      I really appreciated that this hotel hire me as front desk, and I learned some skills from it, such as checked in/out room, served customers with small, friendly, and patient, helped customer to order airport ticket and car, solved customers’ problems, satisfy their desires, and sold membership card which customers need to save money inside etc. These are really helpful skills for me, and these skills help me a lot now. It's the first work experience in hotel for me. It's really amazing experience.
