He builds trust and loyalty inside and outside of his group. Danny excels in his position at Luxer One and exhibits an extremely high level of productivity. He and his team produce a high volume of work while consistently maintaining high standards. He manages vendors and re-seller partners with expertise, giving the immediate help that is needed but also teaching them how to find and use the tools they need to succeed in the future. Danny is the best boss I’ve ever had. He is a fantastic leader who fosters an environment of positive growth, trust, and respect. Although he was in a different state, he always was aware of what it was that was happening in each area and worked proactively to anticipate needs. He created a camaraderie between his employees and a supportive, team environment even though we were also only remotely connected. Danny is an excellent listener and took the time to understand what it was that I needed and then constructively helped my goals and more in a short period of time.
