My main role involves the unloading of photocopier machines with the use of a counter balance truck from off the back of containers. Once unloaded it then needs to be checked and counted to match our paper work. Once all paperwork is verified and confirmed we then proceed to config the load and match all machines with there accessories to then sign off each machines paperwork confirming all parts are there for that order before we plan them for there required dates to be unboxed then built and rewrapped to be sent out for delivery. Duties: • Unloading containers. • Loading lorries. • Processing of paperwork. • Daily counter balance and ppt checks. • Movement of pallets into relevant locations. • Unboxing of machines. • Preparing and loading of machines for dispatch. • Always maintain health and safety and keep clean and tidy working environment. • Loading of general waste and recycling waste onto appropriate trailers.
