  Duties include updating IODS & IOCS and working on daily KPI reports for the Basildon Branch. De-briefing our domestic drivers once the return, ensuring I receive all information from them which then I put on-to a daily spreadsheet which shows all figures we need e.g cost of vehicles, mileage, how many deliveries and collections per day. Liaising with the operational team and dealing with all different transport and non-transport queries. I believe I have gained a good understanding of what goes on in a transport office. Show less
