When joining AIM Aviation, I was given the role responsible for supporting over 800 users, across multiple sites within the country, with both hardware and software needs. From building, configuring, upgrading and deploying new pc’s to troubleshooting everyday PC related issues via the helpdesk systems. I have also had numerous colleagues assist me in my role where I have also trained them and delegated tasks too. During my time at AIM, I also took and passed my Microsoft Desktop Support Technician exam and became a full Microsoft Certified Professional in 2007.
