I lead a team driving adoption and usage of the NEHR. I develop and execute engagement and communication plans to onboard private institutions on the NEHR, while keeping onboarded institutions informed and aware of changes to the NEHR. Prior to this, I was a senior member in the team in charge of adoption of a large scale EMR encompassing 40+ institutions and 30,000+ end users. In my role,I work with the team to develop a strategy to ensure adoption and overall satisfaction of the new system, through engagement and training. I was also the lead of executing this strategy and plan in the first phase of the project, which was to launch the EMR in a site of about 3000 staff. Previously I led marketing, sales and adoption of an integrated Clinical Management System and Electronic Medical Record targeted at private General Practitioners. Show less
