  During my three years of working at Mandalay Middle school as a Learning Specialist I worked with 7th and 8th grade children who had mild to moderate learning disabilities. This included teaching in a co-taught math classroom with general education teachers. I re-taught content and made modifications to ensure all students could access and increase their opportunities to learn the content. Lastly, I created and revised individualized education plans for students needing intervention services.
