Danny was the pre-opening General Manager of BEST WESTERN Wana Riverside Hotel in Melaka. I was privileged to be given to work closely with in the area of Revenue Management, Rates, E-Commerce, a bit of reservation and also sales. Danny was a very firm General Manager yet at the same time, is able to make decision on a wide scope. I have enjoyed the period of time working very closely with him in balancing the yielding of the property while managing the rates and business into the property. A General Manager that is willing to put down everything in time of need, get his hand into the daily operations and assist his HODs and team in time of need. Given an opportunity, I hope to be able to work with him again in the near future.
