What to say about Danni - well firstly she has a great career ahead of her. Extremely strong Mathematics skills, software development skills in many languages and experience of Waterfall and CI/CD Modular Software Development lifecycles. Danni has superb interpersonal skills, with strong and confident presentation skills to back up her technical capability. She has done some awesome work at Moogsoft, as the SME for all things "entropy related", from design, software development and solving customer support issues. Her ability to consult with all stakeholders to the Product, from Product Management, Science and Sales throughout the Entropy project, working with colleagues at all levels of seniority with a maturity well beyond her years was super to observe. Not only does she bring as smile and positive mental attitude to the Engineering team, she's pretty handy on the fuzeball table too! Danni will be an asset wherever she goes and I will be happy to provide references.

Danni is a capable and enthusiastic software engineer, with her mathematical background and keen mind she is also a good data scientist material. As a member of Moogsoft's Advanced Algorithms team she has been involved in a number of projects utilizing various Computer Science techniques, including machine learning, information theory, graph theory, NLP, clustering. She has been writing and reviewing code, occasionally testing it too. Danni was particularly impressive in an information entropy project in which she surpassed expectations by gaining deep understanding of underlying theory and becoming the team's subject matter expert in this domain. Thanks to that she was able to help with complicated support issues. Apart from software engineering, Danni also shows keen interest in the engineering process and product management. A great communicator, always comfortable in meetings with various stakeholders or representatives of other teams. As a teammate she's been reliable and helpful. Working with her has been a great experience.
