We do this by providing dynamic training, bespoke coaching and personalised mentoring. Flaming Leadership are a team who develop and deliver in-house, online and residential retreat programmes for business and education. Some highlights from the training programmes I designed and delivered in include work on Team Cohesion and Excellence for both Eurostar and Sain-Gobain, face to face, work on Courageous Conversations for Guinness Partnership, online and work on Graduate programmes for both Ørsted and MACE, combining both online and offline elements. Key Achievements:  Following delivery of new Graduate programme, from group of 24 graduates, all were able to present quality content with impact to the Board and as a result, many of this top talent pool were promoted internally within 3 months.  Based on success of previous year’s training, was specifically asked to deliver a second year of training at MACE.
