Dannie is one of the best material artists I've ever seen. His mastery over his craft is self explanatory, just look at his portfolio! He's able to perfectly blend his ability to create beautiful assets with the technical constraints of a game engine. Give him an inch and he'll make it a mile; he's able to get stuff in at high quality within very tight time frames. He's the exact kind of developer you want on your team: cool, calm, collected, super nice, and has fantastic music taste!

Dannie is one of the most talented and hard-working artists I've ever had the chance of working with. He was able to adapt to the pipeline at Crystal with ease and was creating awesome content in no time. One of the great things about Crystal was that it gives talented artists a chance to hone their skills and create awesome content. Dannie did just that, and his material work easily became the backbone of a lot of content produced on Rise of the Tomb Raider. Even more so than his artist skills, Dannie was a great person to work with. He was always available to discuss techniques and give advice. He could give and take critiques, and always has a great attitude. He is one the easiest and most fun people I've worked with, and I really hope I get the chance to again in the future.
