I managed Danni for over three years during her time at iDEKO. During that time, I watched her become a strong and effective producer, working on our most complex events and with our most important clients with great success. Danni wore many hats while at iDEKO – event producer, permitting expert, team leader, and more. Her events ranged from pop up shops and concerts to 5k runs across the Manhattan Bridge and 32-city food truck tours. She worked with government agencies in over 50 cities to permit events for our clients, including a bike ride over the Golden Gate Bridge to raise funds for children’s cancer research. She was an integral part of the iDEKO team and was a source of information to many. Danni’s ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people is a key skill in the industry. Whether working with a team of 2 or 200, she is able to dispense necessary information to the right people to make sure the process keeps moving forward. This is especially valuable when issues arise onsite – Danni has consistently exhibited her ability to keep a cool head and find a solution to a problem. I can confidently say that Danni consistently puts forward excellent work and has a true passion for producing successful events. She is reliable, an innovative problem solver, and an accomplished project manager.

I had the pleasure to work alongside Danni at iDEKO for over a year, and can confidently say she is one of the most hardworking people I've ever met. Coming from a field not similar to the one we both work in, Danni has taught me everything I need to know. Danni is dedicated, observant, focused and an unbelievable teacher. Danni's skills are advanced for someone our age and it shows in her work, whether it's handing a non-profit event, to watching runners run over the Manhatten Bridge. Danni has done it all at iDEKO. I wish her the best of luck on all of her future ventures!!!!
