  Beginning my role prior to the Acquisition of SockMonkey Studios (to become Behaviour UK - North) I had a varied role which included: - Business Development: Selling the studio and its services to others in the industry, sourcing potential clients for work for hire, co-development and full development. Spotlighting the studio in a way which made it attractive not only to potential partners but for potential acquisition. - Marketing: Both at events and online, showcasing the studio as a good place to work, highlighting our projects, shining a spotlight on our ability as a partner. - Communications: Managing the social media presence, PR, charity outreach and managing events/panels the studio were taking part in. - Employee Experience: I was a mental health first aider in this role, as well as assisting in the onboarding experience, employee benefits packages, and running of staff events.
