Dannette is a highly motivated and confident Accounting Manager with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills. She is detail oriented and always eager to lend a helping hand. Prior to joining Balance, Dannette was the Plant Accounting Manager for Imerys and Senior Accountant for Mentor/Johnson & Johnson where she compiled GAAP financials, completed general ledger and bank account reconciliations, intercompany accounting (foreign and domestic), sales and use tax returns, internal audits, and SEC reporting exposure. Dannette earned a B.A. in Accounting from UCSB and was a participant in the Accounting Mentor Program at San Diego State University. Dannette Soto balances more than just the books at Balance Financial Management. She is the mother of, and biggest cheerleader for, three vibrant boys that keep her happy, motivated, focused, and remind her the importance of work-life balance. Dannette will be working towards her masters degree during 2015.
