  - Conduct more than 200 social compliance audits, experiences for various clients in China and South Korea (CSCA level). Familiar with local law and industry standards. - Handle assessment quality complaints / feedback cases from both internal and external parties mainly in North Asia region. Work with regional managers and ensure root cause analysis is validated and corrective action plan is executed properly based on internal SOP. - Perform internal Annual / UA shadow audits as part of internal auditor performance monitor system. Issue shadow audit report accordingly. - Review global audit files / audit report and inspect the audit quality. Release inspection report to each operation team quarterly. - Maintain internal QMS runs properly in SP site per ISO 9001 standard. - Monitor assessors’ KPIs on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis in North Asia region. Work with regional managers on possible improvement. - Conduct investigation on audit team integrity and quality assigned by leader. - Follow up external report feedback survey with involved parties in proper manner. - Lead spot check project for major clients and issue analysis report weekly. - Support other team due to language competence, such as conducting social compliance audits in Korea and coordinating Korea audits with local auditors.
