  As part of my BA in psychology, I participated in an internship with FIRST in which we interviewed students in robotics clubs around Israel in order to gather data on the topic of gender within the groups, specifically how female students feel about equality within their groups and how to encourage more female students to join. My group collected data through surveys, interviews, and observations, then presented our findings to the CEO in Israel.   I work with students of all ages, ranging from young children to older adults, teaching English as a second language. This includes preparing students for their Bagrut exams or other school tests, improving speaking skills, and helping children of families who have relocated back to Israel retain their English. I have also planned many educational workshops in English and participated in an English-speakers summer camp for two years.   I served in the IDF as a soldier in the Operations Room J5OPS for the International Cooperation Division. During my time in the army, I worked diplomatically with foreign countries, and also gave presentations to incoming soldiers about the job. I worked long day and night shifts and worked well under a lot of stress.
