  I'm the Senior International Baccalaureate (IB) Math & Business Management teacher at Ilmesters Academy. As an IB DP Math & Business Management Teacher, my responsibilities include: Planning and delivering lessons that align with the IB DP Math curriculum, including developing learning objectives, selecting appropriate instructional materials, and creating assessments. Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports student learning and encourages participation. Providing individualized support to students who are struggling with the material, including additional instruction and resources. Assessing student progress regularly and providing timely feedback to students and parents or guardians. Helping students to develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to communicate mathematical ideas effectively.   As a Senior O Level Math and Add Math teacher, my primary responsibility was to facilitate students' learning of mathematical concepts and skills in accordance with the syllabus requirements.
