I have known Dani since the mid-90's when she and I first met in a recruitment company. Then,as it is now, it was very hard not to be taken by Dani's total belief in driving for success. Of course that success does not come at all costs as in a lot of cases, its very clear to see Dani's total commitment and care for her clients and her staff at Mercury too. The success she enjoys now comes as a result of years of dedication to the cause. I have since we first met, worked alongside Dani on more than one occassion and without hesitation I would say that she is one of the best examples of how a recruiter should be- deeply passionate and knowledgeable about her industry- never once has she let her standards slip. Of course she offers a lot more now than just recruiting- running a business and taking an ambassadorial role within the industry she serves- she carries out her duties with total dedication, honesty and professionalism- but thats easy when you have a very high personal integrity as she does. I would have no doubt or hesitation recommending Dani or her business to any prospective client

Smart Works Greater Manchester opened in June 2015 with a vision of bringing the dressing and interview coaching service to women in our region. After a year of operation, we have seen almost 250 women and are proud to say that of those we have been able to contact, over 70% have succeeded at getting a job. We currently see over 8 women per week who come to us for an interview-appropriate outfit to wear to their job interview. We give our clients a complete outfit of clothes and accessories (theirs to keep) and we provide one-to-one preparation training so they feel more confident and start believing in their own ability to succeed. The two hours our clients spend with us can be transformative. All of our Smart Works service delivery is provided by our team of over 35 highly skilled, fully trained volunteers and all our stock is donated through other working women or comes direct from our retail partners such as Hobbs, Whistles, Next, Evans and Bobbi Brown.
