In August of 2013 I began to work as a manufacturing engineer in the Manufacturing Engineering department of Paintshop, I am responsible for improvements in the production system, updating production cycles, reducing costs and control the process. I am responsible for all techniques of sealing and primer process. For realizing the fence and soundproofing of the bodies, that is, expert in the process and the product. In 2013, in parallel with my responsibilities as an engineer, I became an internal WCM coach providing training and guiding projects in several areas from the company. n 2015 I joined the team to carry out the project of a new painting process in Betim, I participated in the design, construction, installation, commissioning and operation of pre treatment / electrodeposition, furnaces, conveyors, paint booths, Painting and sealing robots. In August 2012 I was promoted to Production Supervisor position. Responsible for a UTE (Elementary Technology Unit) in which a body sealing process takes place in the paint unit, a process that ensures that no water or dust enters the car and also insonorizes the body. In this sector was responsible for a work shift with 170 workers (includes 7 coordinators, 2 machine technicians and the other production operators), in 3 production lines with 36 workstations. Daily production of the company was 3300 bodies per day. He was responsible for all management of the sector that includes labor, costs, quality, production, improvement projects, management of WCM methodology and etc. It reported to the Turn Operator and the Production Manager. I joined Fiat in October 2008 as a team leader trainne in the stage of pre-treatment and electroplating of the body plate in the painting workshop, I became a full team leader in August 2009. He performed, among other activities, production management, analysis of performance indicators , Labor management (35 employees), cost management, training (people development), control of process parameters, development of process improvement projects based on Lean Manufacturing and WCM methodologies, use of some Tools such as: Kaizen, VSM, SOP, LUP, TWTTP, 5W1h, 5 Whys, 4m's, CEP, Gemba, Muri, Mura, Muda, and so on. In addition to management and follow-up audits of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001. In July 2011 until January 2012 I was responsible for the development of projects in Continuous Improvement (Kaizens) in the Painting unit, following WCM's foundations. Between January and August of 2012 I worked in the WCM (continuous improvement) sector, I had the opportunity to participate and carry out projects in all stages of the Autmomóvel (Presses, Funneling, Painting and Assembly), I had training in all 10 pillars of the methodology WCM.I conducted employee trainings on the pillars of Human Development, Quality and Focused Improvement.
