I provided support to the 3PL with the use of the WMS (Blue Yonder / JDA) in which my role was focused on solving any problem that caused the operation could not follow its flow from the reception to the exit of goods and any kind of integration problem between systems with our customers. Through tickets in a HelpDesk system, the user uploaded his problem and there as an agent I had a control and follow up to all the errors that had to be solved depending on the problem and priority.I supported with the implementation and configuration of the WMS to new clients that joined the company.
