Responsible for supporting the grants process in the Partnership for Forests project which has the objective to catalyze investments in forests and sustainable land use.• Review project’s budget to be compliant with program requirements.• Fill and/or review agreements and amendment drafts, supporting signature process.• Undertake Due Diligence and Code of Conduct assessments on partners and give them instructions in the process. • Control the Due Diligence and Code of Conduct refresh dates. • Give support to the Project Officers during Risk Committee approvals in terms of budget and Due Diligence.• Revise financial report to make sure they are compliant with the program’s requirements.• Proceed with disbursement requests payments.• Control and manage project funding tasks on the systems• Make sure that financial information is up to date in the database• Give training to external audiences (Grantees and Subcontractors) on the program’s procedures and compliances.• Analyze change requests that will impact on the project implementation and give advice whether the change follows the UK requirements or not.• Identify any under or overspend during financial reporting.• Assess 12-month and end-of-grant audit and action any recommendations made by central team.• Support Change Request processes by analyzing changes proposed, giving instructions in the process, and follow with approvals.
