  When I first stared I worked on the Capitec Bank campaign as a soft sales consultant. Outbound calls were made of which I would need to pitch the credit facilities to the client and closing the sale. I’m currently on the Old Mutual sales campaign which is also outbound and inbound. I assist clients by completing their loan applications telephonically, obtaining their documents via email and capture their information onto the application. In October 2021 I have taken on more responsibility and became a 2IC within the old mutual campaign and 4 months later became the admin team leader, I have a team reporting to me, I am responsible for both my team and the sales team for all their administration duties and needs.
