  We are creating an uber-like B2B platform to provide Internet access with monitoring, guaranteed SLA, and transparent prices. Started from MVP, now are creating infrastructure and developing UIs – for clients, partners and operators. My role: • Hire talents (backend/frontend devs, network engineers), teach and manage them • Listening for business and transforming into tasks • Make architecture from scratch (network infra, code, ci/cd pipelines) • UX decisions and product ownership • A bit of embedded & network development (bash, lua, golang and whatsoever) • Implement DevOps and SRE practice and CI/CD implantation Show less

  We created a mobile router with LTE bonding (reservation + aggregation) and eSIM for B2C customers. Planned to go worldwide via crowdfunding. But after several months realized that the product doesn’t have a market as we expected because of the component price. Now NUVX is on hold. My role and achievements: • Made bonding algorithms and SaaS architecture • A little of embedded and network programming with Lua, Go, and OpenWRT • Managing of hardware developers to create prototypes • Contacts with Chinese manufacturers and BOM formalization • And a lot of other entrepreneur stuff (marketing, social networks, UI/UX, SMM, tech blog) Show less
