In this role, I oversee all aspects of legal strategy, including trademark enforcement, anti-counterfeiting initiatives, and domain name disputes. I am proud to have successfully handled complex cases for major international brands, resulting in the removal of thousands of counterfeit listings from various online marketplaces, as well as offline sales points such as physical stores, flea markets, and shopping malls.My experience at BrandMonitor has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the intellectual property landscape, and I am passionate about using that knowledge to protect our clients and stay ahead of emerging threats.
