Dan is a true professional, which his leadership experience as a Navy Officer coupled with his expertise as a program manager was always very apparent when he led the numerous technology upgrades for the Program Management Office. As the after market representative for program management meetings, I was always pleased to see Dan lead the programs I was involved with because I knew that his meetings would be very intentional, informative, on time, and clear. He masterfully led and managed each department representative and tactfully held them to account allowing for the success of the majority of his programs.
Jim McNamara
Dan is a hard-working and diligent energy professional with a skill for cutting through chaos to reach goals. I worked closely with Dan recently to develop a turbine design project which was a positive experience all around. He was very upfront and reasonable during some challenging negotiations and always able to maintain project focus while managing input from multiple contributors. I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
