Responsible for all daily domestic and international shipments of telecom equipment using Oracle or-bar and Oracle 11i program, daily cycle counts, find and correct discrepancies in inventory, maintain different sub-inventories, transfers, finished goods, RMAs, surplus FG with 99.9% accuracy. Responsible for four employees that reported to me. Other duties included follow-up and correct missed shipments and re-route shipments when needed. Provide pieces, weight and quotes for order management. QA all shipments to ensure accuracy, verify international documents and commercial invoices against the packing slip for 100% accuracy on shipments before they leave the dock. Call many different carriers to schedule pickups and process shipments, including UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc. .
